INFORMATION ABOUT SS SHAKEDOWN
(30 - Mareš Filip / Bucha Radovan): It is exciting moment for me, to be part of the WRC family in a home event. It is something special and I hope we enjoy the race.
(25 - Greensmith Gus / Andersson Jonas): Just focus on Japan, try and get a good feeling for there and see how it goes. The shakedown is not really like the rally so we'll see.
(24 - Kajetanowicz Kajetan / Szczepaniak Maciej): The break between last rally and this one on the Tarmac is the biggest challenge!. For me, it is always good! I like Tarmac, but I do not have big experience on the Tarmac surface in this car. I want to focus on my job and find a good feeling.
(22 - Gryazin Nikolay / Aleksandrov Konstantin): This stage was difficult to judge, it is a completely different one from the race itself. It is like Spain maybe. Just drive through to see that the car is working well and it is fine.
(21 - Rossel Yohan / Barral Florian): It's my second family when I am in my home! Marcus, Chase, Ruben, Stella... It is like my family! I think my son is happy, he doesn't understand. Maybe he thinks they made it for him!
(20 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott): It's important to get back into Tarmac, I haven't done any since Monte Carlo. It is a bit weird, but it is good to get back into practice for it for next year.
(19 - Serderidis Jourdan / Miclotte Fréderic): The last time we drove this fast with the Puma is two years ago. To be fast, it changed. We are happy to be with the M-Sport guys.
(13 - Munster Grégoire / Louka Louis): We were expecting a lot of cuts, mud and tricky conditions like we enjoy. I don't think it is gonna be the case this weekend, but it is unbelievable. Not the most representative shakedown, we are way too soft on this one.
(9 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Eriksen Torstein): It's been a long time, not easy to come back and get on a level driving with these guys. I will do my best for the team, we will push harder than we did in Monte Carlo and Croatia. I feel I have had a lot of time in the car now. We are looking forward to it.
(5 - Pajari Sami / Mälkönen Enni): Amazing! It is sad it ended so fast. It is so damn amazing to be on this kind of Tarmac with this car, it is so nice, so much grip, it is so nice in every way. I expect tomorrow to be more difficult than this, but I am excited in every kind of way.
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): It was a bit new experience to skip a rally, everything is good. Hope the weather is going to be like this, I'm going to enjoy and do my best for the team this weekend.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): It's gonna be a challenging rally, last year the conditions were crazy. Seems to be different this year, the weather is a bit more sunny. Two rallies in one, with the Friday and the Saturday. It will be a unique rally to follow.
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): Conditons should be a little bit different, nonetheless challenging. Friday is a bit more bumpy, bit more undulating. Saturday has it's own character, it is a bit more clean than last year.
(17 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent): I am enjoying it, that's always the plan to have fun in the car. The condition looks more consistent than last year. Let's hope we have a good weather rally. It's better grip, good conditions for everybody is always important to make a good race.
(8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): Important weekend for the world championship, we definitely need to do our best. Weather wise, it looks more consistent. I guess the Czech stages will be the most demanding.
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): Feeling good so far, great preparation last week, with a day of tests and a little rally in Austria. I enjoyed being back on Tarmac. There will be a lot of spectators, lot of enjoyment for sure. We just have to keep calm and enjoy it. |
