INFORMATION ABOUT SS 17
retired (52 - Martens Thomas / Smeets Eddy): accident in SS 17
flash info (69 - Rovanperä Kalle / Halttunen Jonne): We try to be fast and try to get some points for the team, Toyota have so far the two fastest cars so all okay. We are here to help the team so we need to bring some points for Sunday, personally it's not so fun when you're in a good lead and you want to fight for the win but we can do both.
flash info (17 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent): We decided to put the hard to save the tyres, maybe not a wise choice as a little bit slippery. There was a cleaning effect so not good.
flash info (22 - Sesks Mārtiņš / Francis Renārs): I hope we didn't lose anything on the front after the jump! I thought with Rally2 you go flat out there, with Rally1 you probably do not! It's still three stages to go and we have done good times but we still need to keep doing that. These beautiful stages, fast part is just amazing.
flash info (8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): We are so much further behind than Neuville, there is no other option to be quicker as [the stage] is developing. Definitely a difficult stage, let's see with three stages to go.
flash info (16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): I want to push but I didn't do a really good stage, there was a lot of sweeping and if you don't carry enough speed you can lose a lot behind. There is still three stages so we're gonna go till the end. What can you do better? Drive faster, more commitment.
flash info (33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): Happy. Should've been better. A lot of it is good, but a few easy seconds given away.
flash info (18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): Slippery as hell, overall it was very slippery. I don't know why we took the second spare.
flash info (11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): I was flat out, but we lost everything in the chicanes. Car is not turning, car is not accelerating on the exits. We had a good stage. It's positive to be quicker behind, but it is a disadvantage to be early on the road. I tried hard definitely.
flash info (4 - Lappi Esapekka / Ferm Janne): We were really hoping the humidity would've stayed that was there this morning, it has all disappeared. The grip is really poor, in many corners I gave everything we had. We tried. Just before the finish there is a massive water splash with a lot of mud, so that is why it's dirty I guess.
flash info (13 - Munster Grégoire / Louka Louis): Really nice and flowing stage, the braking for the chicane is a bit tricky. I don't manage to keep the car in the line so I went a bit sideways. I tried to use the maximum width of the road when available, so let's see what the others can do.
