INFORMATION ABOUT SS 9 | |
(32 - Heikkilä Mikko / Temonen Kristian): It was much more dry than before but quite a long day. I have tried to go fast but the times are really bad, quite frustrating. I don't know why we are losing so much, but we are losing anyway.
(25 - Linnamäe Georg / Morgan James): We were hoping to be a little more at the front but it is what it is, it's currently what we can do. Try and do better tomorrow. It is quite rutted, I try to attack the ruts a little bit more. It's currently what it is. We'll see what we can do.
(24 - Joona Lauri / Hussi Janni): The beginning of the day was better than the last part but I still have to be happy about our performance. We'll try to push more tomorrow, we have nice and legendary stages. With this car, it's perfect.
(23 - Solans Jan / Sanjuán Rodrigo): We're trying to have some fun on the jump and trying to improve my driving, that's the plan for the weekend. We tried to improve but we had some issues with the pop-off and the power, it's hard to improve when you don't have the perfect package.
(22 - Gryazin Nikolay / Aleksandrov Konstantin): I have to jump!! One more stage to do, I am just a bit disappointed about the last stage end. I said it was the same as in WRC and it was not the same as I said. It is life.
(20 - Rossel Yohan / Barral Florian): I think I learned, I improved the driving, sometimes the speed I need to have. It's not an easy day, not easy conditions for a comeback on the fast road but quite happy with the feeling. For me, it is completely unnatural, when you are going on soft it is not easy. It is hard to see the road after the crest, but it is the World Rally Championship and we need to adapt.
(21 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott): Congrats to Pajari, I am so happy for him. I am just enjoying myself, keep pushing and we'll see.
(5 - Pajari Sami / Mälkönen Enni): Aye aye aye! Come on! I don't know what to say, what a rollercoaster of emotions this day has been. Honestly, the first two brakings of the stage I thought I was too slow, so I thought the rest of the stage was quite good, thank you everyone promoter, sponsors and Toyota Gazoo Racing.
(13 - Munster Grégoire / Louka Louis): It's amazing in the conditions we have now, but even when it is raining you still get a lot of fun out of it. Even with the splitter, it was nice to do this drive.
(69 - Rovanperä Kalle / Halttunen Jonne): This is a cool stage for sure, there is proper feeling on this one, it is a bit short. It was an okay afternoon, for sure on the last two ones we wanted to be a bit faster but that's how it went. Tomorrow should be quite interesting, the gaps are really small with the top guys. Let's see.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): I think during the jump you don't feel anything but the landing you really feel it! I don't know why we always land on the nose but it is what it is. We should've been on pace since the beginniong of the rally but we have shown that we are able to react after a difficult start, we are back in the game.
(17 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent): Finally! Sometimes, the conditions are nicer and there is a bit more grip which we enjoy. Everyone is looking forward to tomorrow, the best stage of the rally, Ouninpöhja. I haven't done the first stage before so I'll have to be on it against the other guys.
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): At the end we left 0.4 s, it was an okay run and Neuville had a good one also. The grip is a lot better now, anticipating low grip in places but it is much better.
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): I had a good stage, we'll see the times very soon. It is very hard to predict, it is changing and switch all the time and the weather is changing every five minutes. One more stage to go. Other than a mistake we have done the best we can do today and we're ready for tomorrow. |
