INFORMATION ABOUT SS 1
retired (102 - McDiarmid James / Haines-Messenger Max): retired in SS 1
flash info (2 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): It wasn't so bad. Hopefully it was good fun for the fans because it's all about them. The proper stages come tomorrow.
flash info (10 - Latvala Jari-Matti / Anttila Miikka): The stage felt it was going quite well so I'm happy. We're all set for tomorrow.
flash info (16 - Sordo Dani / Martí Marc): That was good fun. I was a bit nervous at the beginning but the end was really nice.
flash info (3 - Evans Elfyn / Barritt Daniel): It was alright. Hard to judge the grip at the first corner but it was okay.
flash info (11 - Hänninen Juho / Lindström Kaj): That was okay, quite a nice stage. The grip was better on the horse track than I thought. Everything is okay for tomorrow.
flash info (8 - Breen Craig / Martin Scott): That's a tricky little stage; I'm trying to cap all the passion. I'm a young lad ready to explode. I need to keep it in check.
flash info (9 - Meeke Kris / Nagle Paul): The car stalled when I pulled the handbrake. Something's not quite right.
flash info (4 - Paddon Hayden / Marshall Sebastian): It was actually quite slippery in there. I was expecting the grip to be a bit better.
flash info (12 - Lappi Esapekka / Ferm Janne): No sense to put any higher targets. Need to try and be smart. So tricky in there so anything can still happen.
flash info (6 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Jæger Anders): We really have nothing to lose. Our starting position isn't perfect but we will push as hard as we can tomorrow.
flash info (14 - Østberg Mads / Axelsson Emil): The stage is incredible. They didn't mark properly where the stage goes and I'm not sure I went properly through some cones.
flash info (7 - Al Qassimi Khalid / Patterson Chris): The stage is so difficult because you cannot see a lot of angles, but it's ok.
flash info (20 - Al Rajhi Yazeed / Orr Michael): I'm happy I come back to the WRC. This is a stage we enjoyed a lot. It wasn't easy in the last part – muddy and slippy – but that is what we expect.
flash info (15 - Serderidis Jourdan / Miclotte Fréderic): It was fantastic! I like this rally and such an honour to start the rally as number one.
