(49 - Sukhovenko Evgeny / Fedorov Yaroslav): excluded - later arrive to TC 9C
(15 - Tempestini Marco / Arena Nicola): Lot of rain on last three kilometers, really lot. Lot of water on the road.
(14 - Jeets Raul / Toom Andrus): We had a big rain on the stage and had to slow down. But the car is super, pacenotes also.
(1 - Tänak Ott / Mõlder Raigo): The rain was really big surprise because we expected dry weather today. Second half of the stage was slippery like hell, but it was OK.
(9 - Kõrge Timmu / Pints Erki): The stage was dry, but suddenly everything was completely wet. We want to go flatout today.
(16 - Lukyanuk Alexey / Arnautov Alexey): I'm not flying Russian, but swimming Russian now. We have hard compound so we are losing time.
(2 - Lappi Esapekka / Ferm Janne): I have never seen that kind of rain before. We were sliding everywhere. Good news is that it won't be better for the guys going after us. Very dangerous.
(4 - Wiegand Sepp / Christian Frank): To be honest I saw nothing on the stage, it was difficult to find the braking points. Lot of water on the gravel, the car was like dancing.
(3 - Kruuda Karl / Järveoja Martin): Crazy, if I started one minute later, I would do the stage on dry. I had my wipers turned to maximum, it was incredibly slippery. The cable from the camshaft sensor was broken yesterday, it is replaced now and I hope the car will be OK.
(6 - Plangi Siim / Sarapuu Marek): Luckily it started to rain in last two kilometers.
(7 - Chardonnet Sébastien / De La Haye Thibault): The stage was OK, we tried to go smooth. We changed the gearbox, we have the long one now. We had rain last two or three kilometers.

(11 - Tarabus Jaromír / Trunkát Daniel): It was OK, just the road was little bit more dirty than yesterday.
