INFORMATION ABOUT SS 16
flash info (84 - Paddon Hayden / Kennard John): It hasn’t been too bad and we’ve had our fair share of little problems today. The stage times have been important and we’ve been able to deliver. We don’t want to throw the car away and the motivation is my career – we just need someone to give us a chance.
flash info (35 - Al Rajhi Yazeed / Orr Michael): It was very difficult but we are enjoying the rally – and we have learned a lot. Very difficult to drive but for me a great experience.
flash info (8 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): We are very happy. Up to now the rally has been perfect for us. Now we just need to keep this place.
flash info (2 - Hirvonen Mikko / Lehtinen Jarmo): It’s been alright but one more day to go. There is a bit of a gap now to Ogier and I will try to keep up with him.
flash info (11 - Neuville Thierry / Gilsoul Nicolas): We are quite happy – and can be pleased with my day and are looking forward to tomorrow. It was a good stage for us although it was quite slippy. No dust so it was better than yesterday.
flash info (7 - Latvala Jari-Matti / Anttila Miikka): I’m enjoying the stage but my tyres are worn out and it’s very slippy compared to yesterday. I started slow today and without the spin that cost me a lot of time it would have been okay. It’s a bit tough to get that back now.
flash info (4 - Østberg Mads / Andersson Jonas): It’s been quite okay to be honest. The morning stages were very good from a driver point-of-view. The last stage we had a big spin and lost a lot of time unfortunately. We are still here and ready for tomorrow.
flash info (9 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Nagle Paul): It’s been a really nice rally – with fantastic roads. A fantastic challenge for the drivers and the cars. Hard running as one of the first cars on the road today though.
flash info (5 - Novikov Evgeny / Minor Ilka): For us it was very slippery out there then we got a slow puncture on the second loop of the long stage – so it was quite difficult for us. We are trying to drive in a good rhythm and get to the finish – there is nothing for us to fight for.
flash info (22 - Quinn Nathan / MacNeall Glenn): That was slippery but I’m getting more and more comfortable behind the wheel of the car.
flash info (10 - Al Qassimi Khalid / Martin Scott): That was crazy – the stage is totally different. Not the best sweeping the road – quite a difficult job. At least we are here and trying to enjoy it.
