INFORMATION ABOUT SS 9
(35 - Polášek Daniel / Omelka Zdeněk): spun
(94 - Budil Stanislav / Vorel Václav): puncture
flash info (19 - Ingram Christopher / Kihurani Alexander): It was scary. It is so hard to build back up the confidence but step by step. It is the speed and the trees close to the road and when you are not at one with the car it is so hard to take the risks, it is impossible really I have to be more patient than ever.
flash info (16 - Kopecký Jan / Hovorka Jiří): The car is perfect, it just has a bit of understeer in the very fast zones. It seems as though it is working, it is perfect.
flash info (4 - Armstrong Jon / Byrne Shane): Honestly we made good notes. It went well and this is a new stage for everyone so I always like to drive to my notes and it looks like a strong time. The first stage wasn’t great so I tried to have a bit more of a push in there but it is tricky as there is a lot of pollution as well so it is getting slower I would say. Let’s see what Jan does.
flash info (2 - Mabellini Andrea / Lenzi Virginia): I think we made the right choice [tyre choice] and we still have one to go and then the afternoon. I think we had a great run.
flash info (10 - Wagner Simon / Ostlender Hanna): It was a tricky stage and there are a lot of messy cuts already. It was a safe run through but we will keep on pushing.
flash info (15 - Mareš Filip / Bucha Radovan): It went quite well. I tried to be fast and I did the stage without any crucial mistakes but for sure we will need much more.
flash info (17 - Cais Erik / Trunkát Daniel): To be honest it was just horrible. I was not on the pace. This stage is my home stage and I would normally do a much better time than this. I almost had a half spin at the first corner and I had a lot of moments where we lost a lot of time, so to be honest this time is really bad for us. We have to change the set up as this was a horrible set up for this stage but for the previous one it was quite good. I think we need three different set ups for the three stages today.
flash info (1 - Marczyk Miko / Gospodarczyk Szymon): It was ok but we are too slow in many places and I’m not happy about it. We should use our package and our possibilities to maximise every stage and try to push.
flash info (18 - Březík Adam / Krajča Ondřej): For me it previous experience was not too important because in the past I have been going on this road in the snow on spikes in an Evo 9 so I know it is good. I don’t think the time will be good because we had a few moments and one big moment, so in the second part I was a little bit scared.
flash info (7 - Matulka Jakub / Syty Damian): It was super tricky. I think we started quite well with the fast part and we found some flow but going through the stage there were some tricky parts where I was just too slow. In my opinion it was the hardest stage of the rally but it was ok.
flash info (5 - Johansson Mille / Grönvall Johan): It is super difficult to be this early on the road. There is a lot of loose gravel here and I feel like I’, just floating around on the top and I can’t really get the tyres to work. There is a lot of hesitating at the moment but hopefully it will be cleaner in the afternoon.
