(26 - Linnamäe Georg / Morgan James): puncture
(21 - Rossel Yohan / Dunand Arnaud): It's not a perfect weekend, but it is like that. On the last rally I said we are a team and that doesn't change after one week. I think we are very strong, we need to keep focus for the rest of the events. It is sad for the championship, but we had a good rally, a good team behind me. Stay smiling.
(38 - McErlean Joshua / Fulton James): Race on! It was okay, I thought we struggled in places. Seems like a tricky stage. We keep pushing on. It is quite difficult, especially the high speed into the slow speed sections, there isn't much braking points.
(28 - Solans Jan / Sanjuán Rodrigo): I don't know what McErlean is doing, we are trying to push hard. I have a strange noise in the car, it is a bit disturbing. We need to push and keep going.
(25 - Gryazin Nikolay / Aleksandrov Konstantin): It feels good on the first part, but when the last part came with slow corners and the slippery part, we tried to push but the car was going sideways too much.
(17 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent): What kind of time? Sounds good. Difficult, I was watching the live and saw the fog. I was thinking it would get better but there is more fog than the first cars.
(8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): Seb is quicker. Nothing I can do, I finished the stage already. Let's carry on. All OK.
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): I had a good stage but I got into the fog in the middle and lost a bit of speed. We can be satisfied with the rhythm. The car works well, but the fog is moving a lot. It's not easy.
(6 - Sordo Dani / Carrera Cándido): Just very foggy and I was really bad, the car was understeering a lot. It was so difficult to drive like this. The car is all good.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): I tried to do a good stage but lost a lot of time at the end because we had an issue with the intercom and I couldn't hear Alex Coria. With the weather we have, I should've gone mushroom picking!
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): Bit of a surprise, but we'll take it. After the rhythm we had yesterday, I didn't expect it to be so good.
(13 - Munster Grégoire / Louka Louis): It's so narrow, you don't have a much different line to the others. You're just trying not to get too close to the edge but I saw sometimes they were going near the mountains and the barriers. It's what you need to do when you are fighting for tenths of seconds.
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): It's okay, no hybrid this stage so not nice. It's a good stage. [Hybrid is] a problem.
(69 - Rovanperä Kalle / Halttunen Jonne): Thanks to the team for making the car 100 percent today. A lot of fog in the beginning of the stage, it is difficult to know if it is moving. You can see sometimes it is there and sometimes not. Not easy being the first car in!
Plenty of mist and fog hanging around throughout the Cabeceiras de Basto stage, with a little drizzle to spice things up. |
