INFORMATION ABOUT SS 17
(71 - Rullo Peter / Searcy Ben): retired after SS 17
(66 - Kołtun Jarosław / Pleskot Ireneusz): was out of road
(26 - Heikkilä Mikko / Temonen Kristian): I don't know about the time, but it was really good fun - we were entertaining ourselves!. I was pushing quite a lot.
(29 - Korhonen Roope / Viinikka Anssi): We struggled a little bit with the ruts, but it was a nice stage.
(25 - Linnamäe Georg / Morgan James): We gave it eveything we had in this stage and it wasn't enough. Unless his Pajari's tyres are completely gone, I'm not so sure we can do it. Obviously I want second, but it would be my first podium either way, so we have to take it whatever comes.
(22 - Pajari Sami / Mälkönen Enni): It's a tricky fight. I'm trying to enjoy it.
(21 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott): I just touched a snowbank a little bit, that's how it is. Just clean, slow and try to get through. I'm never stressed - I just enjoy!
(4 - Lappi Esapekka / Ferm Janne): I think it was fairly ok conditions on the second pass. This is definitely the best stage of the rally. I had a nicer rhythm than earlier and was a bit faster. It's not the way I would like to drive, but it was a bit more enjoyable. So far, it's been in our control, so I'm not too stressed actually.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): I was trying to forget that we are in this position. I just wanted to enjoy; you drive more comfortably and easier that way. It's quite hard for the tyres. Still one stage to go. The main goal is to get to the podium.
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): Let's see what happens on the next one now - it wasn't the best run in here, but all ok. Kalle is more focused on the Power Stage. He's happy to support, so I have to think him for that.
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): I'm not much happier, but a position gained is done and compared to Tänak, it should be also good.
(37 - Bertelli Lorenzo / Scattolin Simone): The beginning is very rutted and you feel the previous cars there, but after it's fine, all good. I enjoyed it quite a lot.
(13 - Munster Grégoire / Louka Louis): On the first pass, I was really hesitant. This time I thought, 'this is the last proper stage you can really enjoy driving on snow before next year', so I tried to be a bit more direct with my braking and gears but I overshot a junction and stalled. That's ok, that's why we are here, to try things out and try to improve.
(69 - Rovanperä Kalle / Halttunen Jonne): It was ok, more gravel than I was expecting. I should have been about ten seconds slower and I couldn't do it so I'm a bit disappointed. I may have used the tyres too much - we have only one spare. I tried to take care of them. Let's hope they're still ok for the last one. I wanted to save the tyres for the Power Stage to try to add the maximum points for the Teams' championship. I'm not satisfied with how fast I was. I was too fast!
(8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): It's the second pass now, so good luck! I try very hard but there is no line. Taka doesn't want to drive much in the line. He's been hitting every bank, being very aggressive. We can easily lose 20 seconds.
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): At the end of the stage there was a huge bump. I don't know, I just lost the front and spun. It's not good.
(18 - Katsuta Takamoto / Johnston Aaron): was out of road |
