INFORMATION ABOUT SS 7 | |
(57 - Cohen Harold / Gajardo Hugo): retired after SS 7
(35 - Rosselot Gerardo / Brizio Marcelo): retired before SS 7
(41 - Martínez Merizalde Andre / Aranguren Matías): retired before SS 7
(26 - Kajetanowicz Kajetan / Szczepaniak Maciej): The feeling is not bad but the pop-off is opening many times, I don't know why because temperature is so low. I tried to keep the right RPM, it should be better. We are fighting in WRC2 so it is not frustrating.
(24 - Solans Jan / Sanjuán Rodrigo): Everything okay, we tried to do a clean run. Also tried to set a stage win to keep the team happy, we were very close we just need to keep pushing.
(25 - Greensmith Gus / Andersson Jonas): It felt okay to me, clearly a not good enough job. I had good tyres for this one.
(21 - Rossel Yohan / Barral Florian): I tried to keep the tyre, I drive very smooth. The car works so nice. It is a good feeling, the balance with the car is very good, with the line also.
(20 - Solberg Oliver / Edmondson Elliott): I am a bit surprised, I always went off, there was a HUUUUGE rock and I had to avoid it! Really tricky, I promise you.
(23 - Gryazin Nikolay / Aleksandrov Konstantin): It starts okay, very slippery in the beginning, sometimes we have understeer and sometimes oversteer. I was trying to be smooth and work on the car. Not easy to be honest.
(33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): Quite slippery at the start, not easy to judge the level of grip.
(8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): Quite many muddy places and stones on the road, quite a few surprises.
(69 - Rovanperä Kalle / Halttunen Jonne): I would say it is a bit better for me today feeling-wise, let's see if we can find some speed today. It is not going to be easy the whole loop, managing the tyre wear is key and also driving in the line. It is quite humid in the car today, I don't know why I'm sweating so much, maybe I need to go for a run.
(5 - Pajari Sami / Mälkönen Enni): It's something new for me, I think these are the slowest roads I've driven with this car. I am trying to be clever and not push too much on the first stage. There are a lot of things to learn, but it is fine.
(13 - Munster Grégoire / Louka Louis): It was way more damp than anticipated, for this one softs would have been better for sure but let's see for others. I tried to be smooth on the downhill, the last 5km are very abrasive, you can carry too much speed on the downhill and go forward. You need to be smooth on the throttle, smooth on the input and so on.
(11 - Neuville Thierry / Wydaeghe Martijn): Not too bad to be honest, it's very slippery out there and the softs would've been the best choice for this stage. A few more to come which are quite abrasive. We did some changes on the car, let's see if we get it working properly. We did some changes on the damper and springs yesterday afternoon, I need to get used to it.
(4 - Lappi Esapekka / Ferm Janne): We slid wide in the beginning on the muddy corner, just soft gravel took the bumper away. It was tricky to see, it stayed in front of me and turned up. I saw a cut and used that to rip it off.
(16 - Fourmaux Adrien / Coria Alexandre): The nose get damaged in the long, clean stage, a lot of sweeping for sure. Really damp and wet, damper than I expected for sure. The car was three soft, one hard tyres.
(17 - Ogier Sébastien / Landais Vincent): You only know at the end of the loop for tyre strategy, for the position we have have to try something. The conditions will improve, especially in that last section.
(22 - Sesks Mārtiņš / Francis Renārs): It was really slippery, it was actually our first time driving first on the road. It is so loose in some places, especially in the downhill part. You are in the second gear and slowly sliding, but lots of fun. |
