In a very fast place, it seems like we touched bedrock or something on the road in a compression. Obviously it has broken the sump guard and from underneath I can see that the starter motor is cracked. Other than that, it is not clear, but I can see that the engine oil is out and the engine is clearly broken. It’s quite probable there is a hole in the engine somewhere so I think this rally should be finished. | |

We had good fun. I knew that in the beginning there is a quite nasty right-hander and Loubet went off there so we took it easy. I know I could go faster but I need to take risks and I am not quite at that level. | |

I felt I was a bit careful in a few places but the penalty is massive with it being such high-speed all the time. You can always overdrive in here, I clearly didn't overdrive enough. | |
