INFORMATION ABOUT SS 1
retired (95 - Peláez Jose Luis / Del Barrio Rodolfo): retired before start
retired (54 - Barbosa Miguel / Carvalho Jorge): retired in SS 1
flash info (6 - Sordo Dani / Del Barrio Carlos): It was not so bad. There was some difficult parts but I enjoyed the car. I'm happy.
flash info (3 - Suninen Teemu / Salminen Marko): It was ok start but there is a lot of dust. I think we need an air filter for the cockpit - it's sometimes difficult to breathe.
flash info (10 - Latvala Jari-Matti / Anttila Miikka): The road is cleaning so this is helping for sure. Dust is quite bad but it is what it is - it should get better now.
flash info (4 - Lappi Esapekka / Ferm Janne): I don't see a clear line to be honest - it's not easy.
flash info (19 - Loeb Sébastien / Elena Daniel): A lot of dust at the start of the stage which made it very tricky. I tried to find a rhythm but it was very slippery. Difficult.
flash info (33 - Evans Elfyn / Martin Scott): It's ok - I don't feel it was perfect to be honest.
flash info (11 - Neuville Thierry / Gilsoul Nicolas): I was too careful in the first part of the stage. In the end it was getting better so I could go faster. Very tricky with visibility.
flash info (8 - Tänak Ott / Järveoja Martin): I tried my best. Friday is so crucial. It will be difficult today - we had dust from Ogier. Cleaning is massive today.
flash info (1 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien): Like expected - very slippery. It will be a tough weekend.
In an attempt to reduce the amount of dust faced by our crews, there will be four-minute intervals between WRC cars. Two-minutes between the rest of the field.
Blue skies surround our Matosinhos base with a gentle breeze. Temperatures are set to reach in excess of 27°C which will be a challenge for both the crews and their cars.
