| INFORMATION ABOUT SS 6 | |
(82 - Higgins David / Drew Craig):
It's been a good day. You've got to remember you're in a group N car and nurse it along a bit. We had a problem in service with a little brake issue and had a bit of bend on the steering. There's times I'm pulling the handbrake when I'm going for gears but it's been good fun.
(58 - Folb Terry / Le Floch Franck):
Yes we took a lot of experience. We lost the water pump this morning.
(87 - Vatanen Max / Renucci Jacques-Julien):
retired in SS 6 | |
(60 - Gilbert Quentin / Jamoul Renaud):
technical problem - water pump in SS 6
| (60 - Gilbert Quentin / Jamoul Renaud): Stopped in stage at the 10.6km mark | |
(33 - Brynildsen Eyvind / Fredriksson Anders):
We almost fixed the brakes but the pedal is still not right. All day with no service is not easy. Anyway fourth place tonight and we will push hard tomorrow.
| (33 - Brynildsen Eyvind / Fredriksson Anders): brake problems | |
| (47 - Suninen Teemu / Markkula Mikko): lost time when he catches Quentin Giordano in stage. Giordano was slowed by tape peeling from his windscreen in the stage. | |
(45 - Breen Craig / Martin Scott):
A puncture on SS4. There was a rock in the middle of the road and I found it. Like every other bloody rock this season. So, so, so frustrating.
(40 - Fuchs Nicolás / Mussano Fernando):
We lost time here and on the previous on with a broken anti-roll bar.
| (14 - Kubica Robert / Szczepaniak Maciej): stopped on the road section after SS6 to try and cool his overheating engine. | |
(37 - Bertelli Lorenzo / Granai Lorenzo):
Very slippery. It's getting dark now too, the visibility in the forest was bad.
| (12 - Lefebvre Stéphane / Prévot Stéphane): spin | |
(21 - Prokop Martin / Tománek Jan):
I don't know what is wrong but for the last 20km we are driving with just the front wheels. We lost a lot of time.
| (14 - Kubica Robert / Szczepaniak Maciej): some damage and grass in front of the car, a lot of smoke coming out of the radiator and exhaust flames | |
(6 - Tänak Ott / Mõlder Raigo):
So far we haven't been able to find the speed to fight, but we have a base to work from.
(8 - Paddon Hayden / Kennard John):
We had a hydraulic problem that we were unable to fix, so that meant no paddle shift, no handbrake, no gear display [it's reading reverse at the finish]. All we could do is keep calm and get the car through.
(7 - Sordo Dani / Martí Marc):
In the battle with Citroen but I can't do much more.
(5 - Evans Elfyn / Barritt Daniel):
It wasn't so bad in here but the car felt nervous in Sweet Lamb. Overall things started well but it hasn't been the day we wanted.
(3 - Meeke Kris / Nagle Paul):
I'm happy with my loop this afternoon. We have supporters with flags, it's incredible!
Ogier is so strong in here I knew we'd lose some time. Okay, he's not the target but it's nice to be in the fight.
(4 - Østberg Mads / Andersson Jonas):
It's a mudbath in the car.But this was quite a nice stage, I had a better rhythm. I enjoyed it.
(9 - Mikkelsen Andreas / Fløene Ola):
Car is great fun to drive. These are difficult tactical stages. Overall I'm happy with the day.
(1 - Ogier Sébastien / Ingrassia Julien):
I had a better feeling on this one compared to the morning loop. Meeke is pushing, he's driving well.
| (8 - Paddon Hayden / Kennard John): having to use "supersafe" mode to get thru SS6 & long transit back to service | |
