We had some problems with the stage, we had some problems with the pacenote, but I manage. The stage was really rough and in the water splash we hit something and lost the sump guard on the rear and the spare wheel. Then we met a cow and then we met a dog. Not easy, I thought it would be more easy. | |

Fairly mixed to be honest, difficult to be honest, changeable grip conditions. The feeling at the end was not great, it felt quite hesitant, but there are some positives there, we need to figure out what is giving us the quick times. I hope that the stages will have cleaned up a lot for this afternoon, I am sure they will be rougher. Hopefully we will have some more interesting grip. | |

Basically it was the same thing as we had with Rally Sweden. I have similar things coming back in the car now. I was a little bit angry. One corner I try to change down from 2nd into 1st, but it change down 2 gears into neutral and I spun. It is not so easy all the time to keep calm and focused. It is a little bit frustrating at the moment. We are still in the rally and have two and a half days to fight. | |

It is very slippy, I have not had the best feeling for the driving. When it has been very slippy this morning, I just do not have the confidence with the car, I just feel it has been sliding, over steering. We are discussing to see what can be done. The weather this morning has been very special in Mexico, it has never been that cold as it has been this morning. | |

I am taking it cautious, I really miss the kilometres from last year and it is tricky out there. With the fog we had this morning, I did not want to take the risk. Now I continue like this and it should be better. | |

We knew it is quite a disadvantage running in the front of the the road but with clever tyre choice, I think we are fine. I had a clear pace note but it was foggy and I was waiting for the cut. Somebody put something to stop cutting, I went into the ditch and had a spin. I continue pushing. | |
